IC of GB versus Fitzwilliam

A very enjoyable weekend was had in Dublin in a rain affected fixture in which every player managed to play in at least one match. Fitzwilliam hosted the weekend in their usual manner and managed to combine hosting the IC of GB and the Ireland versus Morocco Davis Cup fixture with total ease. We were hosted by the Fitzwilliam captain Patricia Darcy and, in between his other duties over the weekend, the President John O’Brien. Unfortunately we were narrowly beaten on this occasion but look forward to hosting them next year in the UK.
