USA wins CQS IC June in Prague 2022 From June 9 through June 11 the IC of the Czech Republic hosted another edition of their popular CQS IC June in Prague event. After a cancelled event in 2020 and a national-only tie in 2021 proceedings returned to normal with international competition. Play was traditionally held at the prestigious I. Czech Lawn Tennis Club in Prague on Stvanice island. The competing nations were Ireland, USA, Canada and Czech Republic. Thursday featured matches between national teams and Friday was played as a mixed-nation pairings format. USA took the trophy at the end. The competitive component of the CQS IC June in Prague was complemented by numerous social events including a dinner on the bank of the Vltava river and a tour of Loucen castle.
