Result: IC of GB 8 – 0 Oxford and Cambridge (Ladies)

Venue: Cambridge University LTC

A very strong IC of GB team came through unscathed against a combined Oxford and Cambridge ladies team.  The match was played in glorious sunshine on the grass courts at Fenner's and it was thoroughly enjoyable with lots of close matches.

Our thanks to the Cambridge captain, Claudia Dickinson, for organising the match and Cambridge University for being such wonderful hosts.  All the players enjoyed refreshments throughout the day and several players continued on into the city centre for drinks by the river after the match.
